Tuire Aho is our girl in Finland. Inspired by her Father, who used to ride a road bike when she was young, she's always wanted to ride. A Graphic Designer by trade, Tuire rode road bikes for a decade until 2007 when she got got the taste for Enduro and, well, that was that! She took a bet that she would finish the 2008 Päijänne Race (the biggest, hardest and also the well known enduro race in Finland) and right there and then, it was game-on and the training started! She sold her road bike and headed for the woods and single track. The girl was hooked! Tuire finished the race, just, but continued to ride Enduro and, for the last 4 years, Classic Motocross.
Tuire also races the number 250 so it seems like we were a match made in Heaven. Now repping for 250LONDON, she said this about the kit...
She raced at the weekend, the Classic Motocross Cup-race at Sipoo (southern Finland). Here's the lowdown in her words...
